Event Refund Policy

Once paid, registration fees for event are non-refundable. If the decision is made that the registrant is unable to attend, a ticket is transferable to another individual. When transferring, Workman Success Systems must be notified by email with details of original ticket purchaser and new ticket ownership will be transferred to. Discounts associated with the original purchase are non-transferrable. Any additional purchases not related directly to ticket are non-transferable. Workman Success Systems is not responsible for airline tickets, hotels costs, other tickets or payments, or any similar fee penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs and/or expenses registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes if unable to attend event.
