In addition to her role as an HAR Instructor, Kat is the DIrector of Professional Development for CB&A, Realtors, co-leads a real estate team with her husband (Quenton Rockwell), a public speaker as well as a Senior Coach with Workman Success Systems. She is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of Houston – Downtown where she received her degree in Business Administration & Marketing. She has served on several HAR Advisory Groups including Professional Development, HAR Engage, and Young Professional Network.
