My name is Anthony Beharry, and since becoming licensed in 2003, I have worked in all areas of Real Estate throughout the Washington DC Metropolitan Area. Although I specialize in working with pre-foreclosures, I have expertise in many areas of real estate. They include; wholesaling, purchasing, and renovating undervalued residential and commercial real estate, raising money in private capital, converting homes into condominiums, renting residential and commercial properties for cash flow and appreciation, and purchasing non-performing debt instruments. Since 2002, I have completed well over 200 real estate projects, earning millions of dollars, and currently controlling millions in assets around the DC metro area., Also awarded the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation, the premier seller agency designation in the country. The SRS is conferred by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI). It is an official credential of the National Association of REALTORS®. And I have earned the nationally recognized Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification. The National Association of REALTORS® offers the PSA certification to REALTORS® as determining property values depends more than ever on professional expertise and competence, the best use of technology, and a commitment to approach the pricing assignment from various perspectives. I am also a member of the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), which provides training and support that helps buyer’s representatives be successful in their business—and educate consumers about the benefits of buyer representation. REBAC has awarded me an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR ) designation to improve their home buying experience.
