Event Refund Policy
ONCE PAID, REGISTRATION FEES FOR EVENT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If the decision is made that the registrant is unable to attend, a ticket is transferable to another individual. When transferring, Workman Success Systems must be notified by email with details of original ticket purchaser and new ticket ownership will be transferred to. Discounts associated with the original purchase are non-transferrable. Any additional purchases not related directly to ticket are non-transferable. Workman Success Systems is not responsible for airline tickets, hotels costs, other tickets or payments, or any similar fee penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs and/or expenses registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes if unable to attend event.
Terms and Conditions
- I acknowledge Workman Success Systems (hereby “WSS”) will be capturing video, photographs, and audio recordings throughout the duration of Leverage 2021. I give my consent for my name, likeness, voice, and/or performance to be captured and used as part of a WSS product.
- I grant WSS the right to use this product in any format, now known or later developed. I grant, without limitation, the right to edit, mix, duplicate, and otherwise use the product as a whole or in parts as WSS may elect. I acknowledge that WSS has complete ownership of the product, including copyright interest.
- I grant WSS the right to broadcast, exhibit, market, and otherwise distribute or publish the product, in whole or in part, for any purpose and in any manner elected by WSS. This grant includes the right to use the product for promotional purposes.
Information Collection and Use
Workman Success Systems is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways differently than we have disclosed in this statement. Workman Success Systems collects information from our users at several different points on our website.
