He learned sales the hard way, selling vacuum cleaners door to door, and now puts those skills to use by helping his team close $60 million annually. He loves to share his systems and strategies to help others succeed. He hosts the Your Move Atlanta radio show heard weekly on Newstalk 640 WGST iHeartRadio in Atlanta. He’s the father of four daughters, and when he’s not selling, writing or speaking, he’s involved in horticulture and landscaping … especially in his own yard.

Terri Murphy

Communications Specialist, Author, Master Coach

Terri Murphy understands real estate. As a top-producing real estate agent in the Chicago area for over 24 years, Terri listed and sold over 100 homes a year without a team at a time when interest rates had soared to just under 28%.

Her experience during this financial economic crisis helped Terri create partnerships, strategies, and systems to get more prospects into home ownership. Terri continues to coach and consult with real estate agents and mortgage professionals to develop initiatives that leverage the strategic services designed to provide the best real estate experiences for clients.

Terri has produced five online learning academies, including her latest for the real estate industry: www.RealEstateandMortgagePowerPartners.com. She is also the published author of five books on real estate sales success and leadership.

She is a regular consultant for several major national associations and companies in the US and internationally and is a producer and host for television, radio, and online training programs. Sara Guldi

Master Coach, Team Leader

Sara Guldi is a 14-year veteran of real estate. She lives in Florida and has a team in Maryland that consistently exceeds $20 million in production annually, with an average sales price of approximately $165K.

Sara Guldi obtained her real estate license in 2004 when she and her business partner opened a Keller Williams Franchise in Maryland. While her partner operated the Market Center, Sara took over production for their real estate team and hired their first assistant. The Guldi Group quickly grew to rank among the top 100 with the Wall Street Journal multiple years running.

In their best year the Guldi Group did $64 million in production, and they attribute their long-term success to a strong commitment to systems and coaching. Sara’s passion is coaching, and she loves helping others build amazing businesses and lives using the performance coaching systems developed by Workman Success Systems. She is also Board-Certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP, as well as Hypnotherapy and MER.

Rick Geha

Rick is a nationally recognized transformational and motivational speaker and coach. Rick brings over 37 years of experience selling homes in California with his team, The Rick Geha Real Estate Team. Rick left KW in 2015 to pursue speaking and coaching at the highest level. While he still sells real estate with his team, he is most proud of his speaking company, The Freedom Pathfinder, and his affiliation with Workman Success Systems.

Paul Wheeler started Accent Realtors as a licensed agent and broker in 1992. Paul leads THE ACCENT TEAM with energy, experience, and vision for the future and a better business model in the real estate industry.
