While being coached thru Workman Success Systems herself, Brooke doubled her business and transactions in the first year. She also grew her team from two people to a team of six within a short year and a half not to mention recently expanding her business and team from the West Michigan Area to the Carolinas too.

She has been in the business of working with people all of her life. It was her love of people and real estate that lead her into a career as a full time Realtor®️ with RE/MAX —where in her first year she was awarded the Rising Star award for sales & excellence. She carries several designations and certifications including GRI, ABR, MRP, IREP, PSA, PMN, CLHMS and is part of the local real estate association’s leadership academy. She was previously President of the local network’s Women’s Council of Realtors in 2019.

It was her love of people and real estate that led Brooke’s strong desire to help others with Real Estate Coaching and Team Building with Workman Success Systems. Brooke has been told over and over by her clients that it’s her dedication to personalized guidance that sets her apart from the rest. She is an expert in her field and a great communicator that treats every coaching client as her #1 priority. Her clients say that they can tell she loves her job, and it shows in everything she does.

Brooke’s passion is to work with her clients and form great relationships, all while helping them grow their business. Brooke is a self-proclaimed “OCD” fanatic about organization and constant communication with her clients.

Personally, Brooke is a proud wife and mother of two busy kids. She is passionate about creating and maintaining solid relationships. In her free time, Brooke also volunteers at her children’s PTC at school and the public-school system in her area, is an active church member and volunteer, donates a portion of all transactions to the Children’s Miracle Network, and was in the founding group of the Women’s Giving Circle in Grand Rapids, MI.
