Participants are held accountable by the facilitator for the daily and regular completion of their DSH.
This first business-planning session engages participants in taking control of their business and designing their business plan with the end goal in mind. Each participant completes an actual business plan to be reviewed by the facilitator.

Martha has been living in and loving the Colorado Springs community for the past 30 years. She is a graduate of Cheyenne Mountain High School and attended Saint Mary’s College in South Bend, Indiana graduating with a business degree. She had a small stint in Chicago for a couple of years, but was soon drawn back to the West to help her father in the family car business. Relatively quickly, she found that talking about towing capacity or wheel size of the latest and greatest F-350 was probably not up her alley and real estate came a calling. From the very beginning this career was a natural fit for her and she has never looked back. Martha has been one of the top Realtors in the Pikes Peak Region since 1997. She would tell you that collaboration is one of her favorite words and working with Tony, Emilie and the rest of the Clement Group has been an amazing opportunity to do what she loves to do.
Martha is passionate about Colorado Springs area and one of her favorite things to do is to show off this lovely city. Real estate goes far beyond just the transaction for her and she not only wants to find the perfect home for her clients or assist in all aspects of the sale for her sellers, she wants you to love the lifestyle that this town offers. Martha has been an avid volunteer for this community and held leadership positions on various boards. Currently, she serves as the Board Chair of the Fine Arts Center at Colorado College advisory board, a trustee for Penrose St. Francis Hospital and a trustee for the Cultural Office of the Pikes Peak Region. In 2012, Martha was recognized as a Woman of Influence by the Colorado Springs Business Journal and she is a graduate of Leadership Pikes Peak. Martha is blessed with many friends, who know and love her for her thoughtful and tireless commitment to everything she is involved in, whether it be her career or her personal interests. In her spare time, Martha enjoys many hobbies and one of her favorite things is entertaining and gathering with people. But her most treasured role is being an Aunt to her 6 energetic nieces and one nephew and mom to her fur babies, Georgie and Willie.
