Susan Monette

Susan joined RE/MAX Insight in 2016 as the Director of Agent Services and it also the Managing Broker of our Salem, NH Office. Her focus is on training & development, coaching programs and mentoring-based activities — all to foster a more productive and helpful environment for the agent team. She manages the training coordination and onboarding of all newly-hired agents into the brokerage.

Prior to becoming a REALTOR® in 2013, Susan’s background consisted of ten-plus years of mortgage lending experience, as well as five years of sales management and customer service experience. Before joining RE/MAX Insight, Susan was with Keller Williams Realty, where she was a member of the Keller Williams million-dollar club multiple times.

In addition to attending numerous regional & national events, seminars and training; Susan was also a graduate of the Keller Williams Ignite and Mentor programs. Most recently she had held the position of mentor for the Keller Williams Realty — Salem, NH office; and she served on the Keller Williams Realty Culture Committee — as the co-chair for the Salem, NH office. Susan has always had a focus on training and mentoring — throughout her career. Her experience, but more importantly, her passion for helping others, is ideal in this role. Susan is a member of Granite State South Board of REALTORS, New Hampshire Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.
