A Realtor since 2002, I have worked my way up from being an Independent Commercial/Residential Realtor & Property Manager to Broker Associate & Team Leader/Sales Manager of Keller Williams World Media Center to now an Expansion Team Member of Frontgate Real Estate a luxury boutique ranked in the top 1.5% in the U.S.

Since 2002, I have been able to assist clients with their homeownership destinies and in addition as Team Leader, I oversee the real estate firm and coach Brokers and Residential and Commercial Sales Agents to not only achieve their goals but also surpass them, and become top tier agents and obtain dreams they didn’t know they even had.
As Team Leader/Sales Manager, I would oversee the implementation and execution of the Keller Williams culture, programming, training, and recruiting licensed agents who show a commitment to excel and help them succeed within an office structure that is designed for one to accept their greatness by promoting an environment that fosters, continued education, professionalism, dedication, commitment to performing ethically and well. I coach, mentor, and work with experienced and new residential and commercial agents and teams, and staff with goal setting and strategy, provide training and supplemental classes to provide for a comprehensive approach to meet those goals. Through our massive care pack assembly and community outreach effort called Thank-A-Solider, we build a sense of camaraderie and team play in our agents while bringing the community together. Under my leadership, our office is recognized for its accomplishments in productivity and growth, locally, regionally, and nationally.

As a Real Estate Broker, I take the systems and models that I teach and learn from Workman Success Systems to co-run The Maynard Group at Frontgate Real Estate with my husband. We grew to the top team in our previous office over the past 5 years with the help of our Workman Coach and tools. I have vast and extensive experience representing sellers, buyers, and investors. I continue to grow and learn weekly to stay up-to-date on current trends and bring expertise in customer relations, business development, marketing, and realizing results for my clients. Jamie Taylor

Broker/Owner, Instructor, Certified Coach, Staff CoachJamie Taylor began her journey at Workman Success Systems with 20 years of Real Estate experience.

A lifelong student Jamie has an Associates of Arts in Teaching, has completed more than 930 Real Estate specific education hours, holds nine Real Estate Designations, is a certified Texas Association of Realtors Instructor, and has taught more than 30 different course titles since beginning her real estate leadership journey in 2014.

Jamie began working in the real estate field in 2000 with a local Home Inspection & Engineering firm. Working with real estate agents on a day to day basis encouraged Jamie to obtain her license in 2004 at the age of 23. Since that time Jamie has educated countless Consumers how to Buy, Sell, & Invest in the Residential and Commercial markets. She has worked in both the small boutique brokerage and the Mega Franchise and has grown to love not only the consumer but also the independent Realtor®.

Since 2014 Jamie’s focus turned from sales to agent leadership & growth as a Team Leader launching a new Keller Williams office then to Productivity Coach with more than 66 coaching clients simultaneously . In 2018 she became a Broker and opened Texas Finest Real Estate Group.

Personally, Jamie is a Christian, Wife and mother of seven amazing children. Her no nonsense approach helps her manage life as a wife, mother, entrepreneur, instructor, and real estate coach. She lives and plays in Galveston County, Texas.
