Terri Gilgour

After 10 years of teaching kindergarten and 14 years of being a stay at home mom,  Terri Gilgour discovered her love of real estate in 2006.  She  is now the Director Of Development for RE/MAX Heritage, and is responsible for agent training and consulting. Throughout her 13 years in real estate she has earned her SRS and ABR. She has also been awarded the Missouri State Women’s Council Entrepreneur of the Year and the EXCEL Award. Her passion for philanthropy was also recognized in 2013 when she was awarded the Heartland Partners in Caring “Big Heart Award” for her charitable work in the real estate community. 
 
Terri’s dedication to her clients is unparalleled; her repeat clients describe her as amazing, knowledgeable, trustworthy, personal, and communicative. 
 
As a native Missourian, 
she is an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, the St. Louis Blues, Mizzou Tigers and the Kansas City Chiefs. She is a mother of two and lives in the Kansas City Missouri area.
