Martha has been living in and loving the Colorado Springs community for the past 30 years. After attending Saint Mary’s College in South Bend, Indiana and graduating with a business degree, she moved to Chicago for a couple of years, but was soon drawn back to the west to help her father in the family car business. Relatively quickly, she found that talking about towing capacity or wheel size of the latest and greatest F-350 was probably not up her alley and real estate came a calling.

From the very beginning this career was a natural fit for her and she has never looked back. Building relationships, finding innovative solutions to all aspects of the transaction and smart negotiation are paramount to her success and have helped 100’s of clients throughout the years buy or sell homes throughout the Pikes Peak region. Martha has been one of the top Realtors in the Colorado Springs since 1997. In 2016, she made the transition to RE/MAX Properties, Inc. and the change has proven to be inspiring and exciting.

She would tell you that collaboration is one of her favorite words and working with Joe and Tony and the rest of the Clement Group has been an amazing opportunity to do what she loves to do. Still one of the top selling brokers in Colorado Springs, Martha took on a management role at the RE/MAX Properties, Inc. Tenderfoot Hill location. Assisting more than 200 fellow real estate brokers has proven to be a natural fit for Martha as she enjoys the supporting role she can play with the agents and helping build strategy and vision for the entire company.

Martha is passionate about Colorado Springs area and one of her favorite things to do is to show off this lovely city. Real estate goes far beyond just the transaction for her and not only does wants to find the perfect home for her clients or assist in all aspects of the sale for her sellers, she wants you to love the lifestyle that this town offers. Martha prides herself on delivering exceptional client services and her motto of professional service, professional delivered embodies her commitment to her clients. Martha has been an avid volunteer for years and serves on many boards throughout the years. Currently, she is actively involved with the Cultural Office of the Pikes, Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center and Colorado College Alliance and Penrose St. Francis.

She has held many leadership roles throughout the year and is steadfast in making this town a better place for all to live and thrive. In 2012, Martha was recognized as a Woman of Influence by the Colorado Springs Business Journal and she is graduate of Leadership Pikes Peak.. Martha is blessed with many friends, who know and love her for her thoughtful and tireless commitment to everything she is involved in, whether it be her career or her personal interests. In her spare time, Martha enjoys many hobbies, traveling, gathering and entertaining with her favorite people and cooking is one of her favorite things to do! But her most treasured role is being an Aunt to her 5 energetic nieces and one nephew. She has two fur balls at home, Georgie, a Bernese Mountain Dog and Georgie’s partner in crime is Willie, a rescued Lhaso Apso.
