Christy Buck is a third generation realtor and has been in the business for 19+ years. 6 years ago, Christy and her assistant at the time hired a business coach, Verl Workman. At the time, they ranked in the Top 5 of their company, producing 55 transactions a year and $250,000 GCI. There were no systems in place, tracking, accountability- they were transactional agents stuck at that mark.
Since then, Christy and her now Chief Operations Officer, Samantha with the help of WSS have more than quadrupled their team production, gone independent and have created Operational Excellence with systems and processes to build a successful, valuable real estate company. In 2018, their team finished at over 375 transactions, producing over $81 Million Sales Volume and $2.6 Million in GCI.
Christy has no plans of stopping there! And wants to help others reach the same level of success and more!
