Day 1

7:30 AM – 8:00 AM – Juice and Coffee provided (Breakfast will be served at the hotel if you are staying onsite)
8:00 AM – 10:00 AM –  Figure Ride Along Begins
10:00 AM – 10:30 AM – Christy Buck Team morning huddle with all
10:30 AM – Break
10:45 AM -Team Break Outs with Management Divisions

5:30 PM – Leave For Dinner- Dinner provided

Day 2

About the Christy Buck Team

Christy Buck is a third generation realtor and has been in the business for 19+ years. 6 years ago, Christy and her assistant at the time hired a business coach, Verl Workman. At the time, they ranked in the Top 5 of their company, producing 55 transactions a year and $250,000 GCI. There were no systems in place, tracking, accountability- they were transactional agents stuck at that mark.  

Since then, Christy and her now Chief Operations Officer, Samantha with the help of WSS have more than quadrupled their team production, gone independent and have created Operational Excellence with systems and processes to build a successful, valuable real estate company. In 2018, their team finished at over 375 transactions, producing over $81 Million Sales Volume and $2.6 Million in GCI.  

Christy has no plans of stopping there! And wants to help others reach the same level of success and more! Their team went from working 24/7 with no life balance as transaction agents, to a highly-fuctioning organization or Top-notch Operation or a well-oilded machine of successful agents, that no longer work at all hours of the day, and have something to pass on to others.
